- We ship to the contiguous US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- If you need to change your shipping address, please reach out to us at contact@dorne.com within 2 hours of your order being placed and we’ll try our best!
- If you have an account with us, track your order by logging in and viewing your order under “my orders”. If you don’t have an account, you can easily create an account using the same email you used to purchase your items.
- You can return any item within 14 days of receipt. All pieces should remain in their original, pristine condition, free of any wear or damage and in their complete original packaging; this includes any boxes, tags, and jewelry pouches. Kits must be returned in their entirety.
