Raye Rocks LLC, d/b/a Dorne (“Dorne,” Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), provides this Privacy Policy to inform you about our collection, use, and disclosure of information when individuals (“you”) visit www.dorne.com (“Site”) and any mobile and desktop applications (“Apps”) that link to this policy (together, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. If we make any changes, we will post the new Privacy Policy here. You are advised to consult this policy regularly for any changes.

Information Collection

When using our Services, you may voluntarily provide information about yourself including, but not limited to, contact information such as your name, gender, address, and email address as well as payment information such as credit card number and billing information (“Personal Information”).  We also may collect any other information you voluntarily provide, including information you publish or display on public areas of the Site.  We collect this information when you purchase our products, subscribe to a newsletter that we offer, send an email to us requesting information, respond to our surveys, or interact with us for any other purpose.

We collect information relating to your interactions with us and our Services, including browser type, IP address, geolocation information, pages visited and other activities on the Site, device type, time and date of visit, and other information we collect using cookies and similar technology (“General Information”).  See the “Digital Advertising & Analytics” section of this privacy notice to learn more about the use of this information and the choices available to you.  

dorne.com uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart and this information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS.

Information Use

We may use your information for any lawful purpose, including the following:

• To operate and improve our Services, including to provide better Services, products, and opportunities to our customers and visitors to our Site;

Affiliates.  We may share information with our affiliates, which will handle the information under their own respective privacy policies.  Where required by law, we will give you a choice about this sharing.  Per our agreements with our affiliates, the affiliates are required to keep your information confidential.

Services Providers.  We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate the Services, to provide the Services on our behalf, to perform Services-related functions (for example, payment processing Services, maintenance Services, database management, marketing, security and fraud purposes, web or advertising analytics, and improvement of the Services’ features) or to assist us in analyzing how the Services are used.  Per our agreements with our Services providers, the Services providers are required to keep your information confidential. 

Business Transfers. We may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of our assets, including your information, in connection with a potential or actual merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of some or all of our assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Digital Advertising & Analytics

We may partner with ad networks and other ad serving providers (“Advertising Providers”) that serve ads on behalf of us and others on non-affiliated platforms.  Some of those ads may be personalized, meaning that they are intended to be relevant to you based on information Advertising Providers collect about your use of the Site and other sites or apps over time, including information about relationships among different browsers and devices.  This type of advertising is known as interest-based advertising.

Dorne adheres to the Digital Advertising Alliance (“DAA”) Self-Regulatory Principles in connection with this interest-based advertising activity. You may visit the DAA Webchoices tool at www.aboutads.info to learn more about this type of advertising and how to opt out of this advertising on websites by companies participating in the DAA self-regulatory program.  If you delete your cookies or use a different browser or mobile device, you may need to renew your opt-out choices exercised through the DAA Webchoices tool.  Note that electing to opt out will not stop advertising from appearing in your browser or applications.  It may make the ads you see less relevant to your interests.  Additionally, your browser may offer tools to limit the use of cookies or to delete cookies; however, if you use these tools, our Site may not function as intended.

We have implemented commercially reasonable security measures in order to protect the information we collect. While Dorne strives to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online.

Your Choices

To opt out of our email marketing, you can use the link provided at the bottom of each marketing message.  Additionally, you can choose to have all your Personal Information deleted from our database.  You may opt out or delete your Personal Information by clicking the “unsubscribe” link located on our marketing emails and follow the instructions provided. 

Note that if you opt out of receiving promotional correspondence from us, we may still contact you in connection with your relationship, activities, transactions and communications with us. Additionally, a request to have us stop sharing your Personal Information with other entities for marketing purposes will only apply as of the date of your request, and we will not be responsible for any communications that you may receive from entities that received your Personal Information prior to such request.
